Position Title: US IT Recruiter Experience: 0-1 Years Responsibilities: - Be a part of the TA team with Accelerated Hiring Motto. - Handle a variety of job requirements from different clients. - Manage full-cycle Recruiting: source, screen, interview and onboard candidates - Sourcing candidates from Job Portal. - Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications - Must be able to screen, select or reject a candidate based on previous employment to assess communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change, negotiate salary etc. - Understanding the client requirements - Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and the hiring team. - Keep yourself updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
