We’re hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full customer journey and build automated funnels that improve conversion, activation, retention, and revenue. Role Summary As the CRM & Lifecycle Manager, you will manage the entire lifecycle: Lead → MQL → SQL → Demo → Payment → Onboarding → Retention → Upsell You will implement and manage: - CRM (Mautic) - Email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS campaigns - Lifecycle funnels - Lead scoring & segmentation - Automated workflows Your goal: Reduce drop-offs Increase L2P conversion Improve onboarding Increase repeat revenue Reactivate cold leads Key Responsibilities (Full Ownership) 1. CRM Management (Mautic) - Set up and manage Mautic CRM - Create segments, tags, custom fields - Define lifecycle stages (Lead → MQL → SQL → Customer → Repeat Customer) - Integrate CRM with website, WhatsApp API, SMS, Email, landing pages 2. Build Automated Customer Journeys You will design, build, and optimize automated flows for: Lead Nurturing - Day 0 → Day 14 drip flows - Industry-specific nurture paths - WhatsApp + Email + SMS multi-touch journeys Sales Enablement - Auto-qualification sequences - Follow-up reminders - Demo booking workflows Onboarding - Account setup - Product activation - First campaign success journey Retention & Renewal - Renewal reminders - Upsell & cross-sell flows - Usage-based nudges Reactivation - Cold lead reactivation - Dormant customer reactivation 3. Multichannel Campaign Management You will run all engagement channels: WhatsApp - Automated sequences - Behaviour-triggered messages - Template optimization Email - Drips, newsletters, onboarding - Deliverability optimization SMS - Alerts, reminders, confirmations - Payment nudges RCS - Rich media campaigns - Industry-specific flows 4. Analytics & Reporting - Build lifecycle dashboards - Cohort & retention analysis - Identify drop-offs & growth opportunities - A/B Testing for messages, timing, flows - Report L2P, activation, retention KPIs 5.
