Growth Intern - Fundraising, Partnerships & Community EnrolmentOrganization: Omysha Foundation Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months Team: GrowthAbout the Role: The Growth Intern will drive the conversion and expansion of Omysha Foundation’s partnerships, fundraising, and program ecosystem. The role combines independent outreach with structured conversion of qualified leads received from the Lead Generation team.The intern will focus on transforming interest into engagement- converting potential institutions, sponsors, collaborators, and participants into active partners, registered stakeholders, and confirmed supporters across A4G and VONG initiatives.This role requires maturity, ownership, strong follow-through, and the ability to build relationships and move stakeholders from first interest to confirmed collaboration.Core Role Mandate:1. Lead Conversion & Relationship Progression Engage and follow up with qualified leads from the Lead Generation team Convert interested institutions and individuals into: - Event registrations - Partnership conversations - Sponsor discussions - Program onboarding Nurture leads across stages: interest → conversation → commitment → onboarding Track conversion progress and outcomes2. Fundraising & Sponsor Conversion Engage CSR and donor leads identified internally or via Lead Gen Support sponsor conversations, pitch follow-ups, and proposal progression Convert sponsor interest into confirmed funding or collaboration Maintain sponsor pipeline and engagement records3. Strategic Partnerships Development Initiate and build relationships with academic, nonprofit, corporate, and policy institutions Convert institutional interest into active collaborations or MoUs Support partnership discussions and coordination Maintain partner engagement pipeline4. Self-Generated Outreach & Ecosystem Expansion Independently research and identify aligned partners, sponsors, and institutions Initiate outreach and build new relationship opportunities Expand ecosystem aligned with A4G and VONG priorities5. Event & Program Growth Conversion Convert event leads into registered participants and institutional delegates Engage speakers, collaborators, and stakeholders for programs Follow up on all event-generated leads Support onboarding of confirmed participants and partners6.
