Our in-house brands—Ganga and Fotia—offer high-quality roofing solutions, steel accessories, tiles, bathroom essentials, and allied building materials.Role Overview The Branch In-Charge will be responsible for overall branch operations, driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, managing team performance, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining profitability and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities Oversee complete branch operations (Sales, Inventory, Logistics & Administration) Drive sales targets and achieve revenue & margin goals Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, contractors, and OEM partners Monitor stock levels, ensure optimum inventory turnover, and reduce dead stock Ensure timely procurement and coordination with the warehouse/logistics Lead, train, and manage branch team members Maintain financial discipline, billing accuracy, and cost control Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Prepare and present branch performance reports to the DirectorKey Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Sales-driven mindset with business acumen Experience in building materials/steel/OEM industry preferred Inventory and supply chain management knowledge Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems Ability to analyze sales data and improve branch performanceQualification Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)How to Apply Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with the following details: Current CTC Expected CTC Notice PeriodPlease email your application to: Subject Line:Application for “Branch In-Charge”
