Your contributions will help enable farmers to meet India’s growing food demand, giving your work meaningful impact beyond the workplace Key Responsibilities: - Service Experience: Provide expert service and maintenance for agricultural machinery, with a focus on combined harvesters and rice harvesters. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. - Spare Parts Sales: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to drive spare parts sales. Understand market demands and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. - Warranty Claims Management: Handle warranty claims efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and timely. Collaborate with internal teams to address warranty-related issues and improve service quality. - Market Quality Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed market quality reports to track product performance and customer feedback. Analyze trends and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery. - Field Issue Monitoring: Monitor field issues related to machinery performance and customer complaints. Work proactively to identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime for customers. Experience Required: - 5-10 years of experience in servicing agricultural machinery, with specific expertise in combined harvesters and rice harvesters being a significant advantage. - Proven track record in spare parts sales and dealer management. - Strong understanding of warranty processes and quality reporting. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with dealers and customers.
