WE’RE HIRING: FOUNDER’S OFFICE SHORT-FORM SCRIPT WRITER For people who don’t just write scripts, but make videos move . We’re looking for someone with real short-form experience who understands how hooks work, how storytelling drives reach, and how to turn ideas into high-performing videos. This is a Founder’s Office role , meaning you’ll work directly with the founder to scale a 1M+ creator ecosystem and build content that reaches millions. RESPONSIBILITIES • Research and write 25–35 high-quality scripts monthly for Instagram and other short-form platforms • Provide editors with specific B-roll links and visual-aid inputs to bring scripts to life • Analyse performance data and adapt writing approach based on audience response • Work collaboratively with editors to ensure a smooth content production workflow • Manage the script-to-publication process end-to-end • Daily workflow: approx. 3–4 hours writing + 3–4 hours production support • Create efficient systems to consistently meet monthly deliverables • Occasionally interface with clients to discuss content strategy and requirements QUALIFICATIONS • 1–2 years experience creating content for creators, brands, agencies, or personal platforms • Proven work with measurable engagement metrics or performance outcomes REQUIRED SKILLS • Strong research ability and instinct for identifying trending topics • Excellent writing skills — without over-reliance on AI tools • Ability to use LLMs strategically for thinking and trend discovery, not to replace original writing • Deep understanding of visual storytelling and how scripts translate to video • Strong hook-writing and audience retention instincts • Experience analysing performance data and evolving content strategy • Portfolio showcasing writing quality and engagement results SELECTION PROCESS You will receive a writing assignment.
