You will work closely with business teams to own and drive the people strategy for your respective coverage with strong emphasis on internal/external stakeholder management. This is a mid-leadership role which will own the entire employee life cycle for the business teams, act as a trusted people advisor and design and implement people interventions to enable business outcomes. You will operate in a fast-growing, globally distributed environment, with remote engagement from India and exposure across geographies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities and organization's mission Lead all HR functions for the assigned business teams including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, business partnering, performance management, employee engagement, organization development and policy compliance Partner with business stakeholders to support workforce planning and talent development Provide strategic HR insights to leadership and contribute to decision-making Drive and implement recruitment strategies to attract and onboard A+ talent Manage employee relations and foster a positive, inclusive work environment Own reporting, dashboards and trackers to ensure data centricity Drive change management, process improvements & champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Own and lead one or more central HR initiatives as a part of COE workgroup Develop and oversee HR systems, policies, and procedures Drive employee engagement, analyse and improve existing people practicesRequired Skills/AbilitiesGrowth mindset, self-driven to thrive in a complex, fast paced set-up Open to change and challenging assignments Excellent stakeholder management Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Aptitude for automation and new-age solutions Solution orientation and a hands-on approachOther Requirements6-9 years of experience as a hands-on HR professional with focus on talent acquisition, business partnering, stakeholder management and talent development Proven experience in building and scaling HR functions Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment; work independently but also collaborate cross-functionally Experience in talent acquisition and managing people portfolio across levels & functions – Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Technology etc. with exposure to innovative practices.
