Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka , Kafka Streams, Connect, and Schema Registry. Solid programming skills in Java / Spring Boot / Python / Scala . Experience with event-driven architectures, microservices , and distributed systems. Knowledge of Kafka monitoring tools : Prometheus, Grafana, Confluent Control Center, etc. Strong understanding of AVRO/JSON schemas and serialization formats. Good understanding of banking domain workflows such as payments, transactions, onboarding, or fraud. Exp - 5 yrs to 20 yrs location - Bangalore and Pune
