Our work bridges business strategy and emerging technology , helping organizations simplify complexity, accelerate decisions, and drive measurable impact at scale. | Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Solution Sales – Immersive Technology, based in South Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the event and immersive technology sector. Responsibilities include consulting with potential clients, managing sales processes, providing exceptional customer service, and offering tailored immersive solutions like VR and AR experiences. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and ensure successful project execution What You’ll Do Drive B2B sales for AR/VR/XR solutions across strategic enterprise accounts Engage with senior decision-makers (CEO, CTO, Heads of Innovation, L&D) Lead product demos, solution workshops, and pilot conversions Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking) Partner with marketing, product & delivery teams for consultative, value-driven selling We’re Looking For 4+ years of B2B sales experience , ideally in tech, advanced solutions, or digital transformation Exposure to immersive tech (AR, VR, XR) or adjacent solutions is a strong plus Demonstrated success selling to enterprise-level clients Comfortable with longer sales cycles and complex consultative deals Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills Perks & Growth Base + performance incentives Career growth in Sales & Business Leadership Work with a highly experienced leadership team Exposure to cutting-edge AR/VR/XR technology in real enterprise use-cases Apply here or Send your resume and a quick intro to hr@
