B Diploma Programme (DP) Coordinator   Candor International School  |   Start: 25 July, 2026 Candor International School is seeking an experienced and  collaborative IB Diploma Programme Coordinator  to join our Secondary School Leadership Team. This is a key leadership role for an IB educator who is supportive, organised, and people-centred, with a strong understanding of IB DP curriculum, assessment, and the DP Core. The Role Lead and oversee all aspects of the IB Diploma Programme Ensure alignment with IB Standards & Practices Support and mentor DP teachers through collaborative leadership Guide students and parents through subject selection and DP pathways Work closely with the Head of Secondary and leadership colleagues to strengthen teaching and learning You Will Be An experienced IB DP educator (coordination experience preferred) A collaborative leader who builds trust and collective capacity An excellent communicator with staff, students, and parents A pedagogical leader with a strong emphasis on the student agency.
