Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive at Isourse Technologies, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, driving end-to-end sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team to meet outreach and meeting targets, and contribute to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through phone, email, and social media. - Qualify and research potential clients and business opportunities. - Achieve outreach and meeting targets to drive engagement. - Pitch and present products to prospects and schedule demos. - Close sales by addressing client needs and negotiating terms. - Maintain CRM with accurate sales and lead information. - Support existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Track daily activities and outcomes to meet performance goals. - Use lead research tools like Apollo and Signal Hire to optimize outreach. Requirements: - 0-1 year of experience in inside sales. - Graduate with 80% academic performance throughout. - B.Tech or Tech graduates or Delhi University regular preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and lead research tools is a plus.
