ROLE PURPOSE The DCC Growth Manager drives adoption and revenue of Dynamic Currency Conversion across existing large and mid-sized merchants at Pine Labs. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, onboarding international acceptance clients, and managing CXO relationships through consultative selling, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate DCC penetration and market expansion. THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH. 1. Drive DCC adoption by identifying, building, and managing a strong pipeline across large and mid-sized merchant partners at Pine Labs. 2. Acquire and onboard international acceptance/DCC clients through consultative selling and customized solutions. 3. Build and manage senior stakeholder and CXO-level relationships to influence decision-making and close high-value deals 4. Collaborate with internal teams and stay updated on market, regulatory, and industry trends to maximize revenue growth. WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE Experience & Qualification 5+ years of experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, banking, or allied industries with strong exposure to B2B sales Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large or mid-sized enterprise clients. Experience in consultative or solution-based selling, preferably across multiple product lines. execution and result orientation at Pine Labs. Good to have: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Strong understanding of payments ecosystem; knowledge of DCC, card systems, or international acceptance is an advantage.
