Job Description

The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance. Role & Responsibility Director HR Man power Planning: - Man power Planning & Periodic mapping of Vacancies - Forecasting of Human resource requirement. - HR Budgeting, Periodic review & revision of HR Budget. - Manage & Control HR Expenditure within agreed budgets. - Talent Acquisition: - Talent Acquisition& talent retention. - Drafting job posting/advertisements in line with the norms prescribed by the concerned statutory bodies. - Sourcing applications for various teaching & non-teaching positions from various sources, scrutiny & shortlisting of the applications - Constitution of selection committees as per norms of the statutory bodies/HR Manual - Recruitment & selection candidates - 6. Set Objectives for the HR team & tracking of progress. Employee life cycle Management: - Arranging induction of new joinee - Timely completion of joining formalities & preparation of personal file/service books & relevant Documentation. - Preparation of Job description/ setting KRS for New joinees. - Training & Development. - Conducting training need analysis based on the feedback obtained in performance appraisal & preparing training calendar - Performance appraisals - Succession planning - Understanding concerns & expectations of the Employees through regular interactions & meetings, counselling & Grievance handling, responding to the queries. - Arranging various employee engagement activities. - Exit Formalities. Training and Development. 1. To devise & implement & monitor training & development activities. 2.To prepare budget & annual calendar for training & development activities. 3. To assess the skill gaps/ lacunas in the workforce in order to identify the training Requirements. 4. To conduct training need analysis based on the feedback obtained in performance appraisal Process & design suitable training activities. Statutory Compliances: - Time Office management. - Attendance Management. - Leave Management. - Preparation of payroll & salary Processing. - To make necessary compliances related to provident fund, gratuity, group insurance. Personal accident policy etc. - Maintenance of personal files & service books. - Periodic updation of HR ERP. - Ensure timely completion of various statutory compliances. - Completion of Exit formalities. - Handling full & final settlement for outgoing employees. Other Miscellaneous activities: - Formulating & updating HR policies, Manual & systems from time to time - Preparation of monthly MIS & related reports. Attrition analysis, maintaining general discipline among the staff. Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
