Job Description: Video Editor (Bengali Content) Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Contractual Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years About the Role We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor who is fluent in Bengali to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in editing engaging video content, preferably for digital platforms, social media, or campaign-related projects. Key Responsibilities : 1. Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content. 2. Create videos for social media, digital campaigns, and promotional purposes. 3. Add effects, transitions, graphics, subtitles, and sound elements. 4. Work closely with the content and creative teams to understand project requirements. 5. Ensure timely delivery of edited videos as per deadlines. 6. Maintain consistency in branding, style, and messaging. 7. Manage and organize video assets and files. Required Skills & Qualifications : 1. Minimum 2+ years of professional video editing experience. 2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. 3. Ability to understand and edit Bengali-language content. 4. Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition. 5. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing is a plus. 6. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Preferred 1. Experience working on political, digital media, or social media campaigns. 2. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop/Illustrator. 3. Understanding of social media video formats. Compensation Salary will be based on experience and skills (as per industry standards).
