We're hiring: Creative Director - Event Concepts At CAB Experiences, we create brand-led experiences that people remember, talk about, and post about. We're looking for a Creative Director (Concepts) who can turn brand insights into big ideas and lead teams to bring them to life across on-ground experiences What you'll do - Decode brands-understand their voice, guidelines, and objectives - Bring fresh, strategic, brand-friendly ideas to the table - Lead ideation and brainstorming to craft strong, original event concepts - Mentor and guide creative teams, setting the bar for thinking and execution - Visualise experiences end-to-end and translate ideas into compelling decks - Own, present, and sell concepts confidently - Lead and actively contribute to new business pitches - Collaborate closely with design, servicing, and production teams to deliver seamlessly What we're looking for - 15+ years of experience - A strong conceptual thinker with a passion for brand storytelling - Proven experience in event conceptualisation and brand-led experiences - Confident presenter and pitch leader - Strong team mentor with a collaborative mindset - Organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments - Plugged into culture, trends, digital, and social - Tech-savvy and great at building impactful presentations Background - Graduate/Post-Graduate in Advertising, Mass Media, Communication Design, Branding, Fashion Communication (or similar) - Experience in events or advertising agencies preferred
