Confidential Hiring - Zonal Manager (Logistics & Supply Chain) Location: North East (Guwahati) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 15-30 Years Compensation: Attractive as per Industry Standards Reporting To: VP - Sales About the Opportunity A well-established and rapidly growing multinational logistics organization with a strong presence across India and the SAARC region is looking to hire a seasoned Zonal Manager to lead operations and drive business growth across the Upper North region. This leadership role requires deep expertise in large fleet operations, transportation network management, and end-to-end supply chain execution. Key Responsibilities - Drive business development and new client acquisition in the region - Lead and manage zonal logistics operations & field personnel - Monitor and optimize transportation networks and route planning - Own demand & supply planning to ensure timely delivery - Reduce transit time and improve overall TAT - Vendor development, onboarding & performance management - Monitor supplier performance, vendor rating & cost optimization - Implement and standardize logistics processes - Ensure compliance with multi-state transport regulations - Handle FTL, LTL & Express logistics operations Candidate Profile - Graduate with 15-30 years of experience in Logistics & Transportation - Strong exposure to large fleet management / truck aggregation - Expertise in FTL, LTL & Express logistics management - Strong experience in route planning, pricing, customs & fleet maintenance - Proven experience handling zonal operations - Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills - Willingness to travel as required
