To get the in-depth understanding about LSI as a whole, please visit us at About the Role We are seeking a young, energetic, and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our Group Chairman/MD in driving strategic initiatives and managing day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and brings creativity and enthusiasm to executive support. Key Responsibilities :- - Executive Support Manage the Chairman's daily calendar, appointments, and monitor travel arrangements with personal assistant. Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion. - Communication & Coordination Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman's office and internal/external stakeholders. Draft professional correspondence, reports, and executive summaries. Facilitate smooth communication across departments. - Project Assistance Support the Chairman in monitoring strategic projects and initiatives. Conduct research and prepare analytical reports to aid decision-making. Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Operational Excellence Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency. Organize events, board meetings, and executive offsites. Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise. Qualifications - Masters in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in executive support or similar roles (internships included). - Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
