Reporting Relationship:Administrative reporting to Unit Lead and functional reporting to Lead Gender & Community Enterprise.Location of Posting:Jharkhand / OdishaEmployment Type:Fixed-Term Contract (Renewal on a yearly basis)Key Deliverables: Roll out Disha, Mahila Sabha, Digital Literacy and enterprise programs for women in designated areas. Promote and enhance women’s leadership and participation in community-level decision-making bodies. Foster convergence with State Government departments, especially Mission Shakti and JSLPS, for joint program execution and strategic policy partnerships. Integrate a gender perspective across other programmatic verticals. Facilitating partnership and collaboration with external stakeholders and partners to strengthen the G &CE vertical Track and report on gender-specific indicators, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives. Design and conduct training, awareness sessions, and exposure visits tailored for women stakeholders.Minimum Qualification:Graduation in any discipline. Candidates with master’s degree in relevant discipline will be preferred.Work experience in years:0 - 4 Years of relevant experienceTechnical Skill Sets: Project Planning, Management Digital ability is a must; adept in computer literacy, dexterous with MS-Office Financial Management in relation to CSR guidelines and constitutional framework Good drafting skills in relation to community development-related project proposals Good communication (English, Hindi, and Local language), interpersonal, and negotiation skills are also essential.Behavioral Skill Sets: Ability to engage across stakeholder groups, peers, and communities.
