Website–- Visit our website, understand about us.LinkedIn Profile-Roles and Responsibilities Guide patients and caregivers through the entire treatment journey, including onboarding, documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups. Coordinate patient enrolment into Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and assist with eligibility checks and documentation. Act as a liaison between patients, hospitals, clinicians, internal medical teams, and external service providers. Support appointment scheduling, treatment timelines, and logistics in coordination with hospitals and operations teams. Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and caregivers regarding processes, next steps, and support services. Maintain accurate patient records, trackers, and reports in internal systems and digital tools. Ensure timely resolution of patient queries and concerns, escalating issues when required. Support compliance with data privacy, ethical standards, and internal SOPs. Qualifications and Experience Post Graduation in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Nursing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related healthcare field. 2–3 years of experience in patient coordination, patient support programs, hospital operations, or healthcare services preferred. Prior exposure to oncology, specialty care, or complex therapies will be an advantage. Experience in handling patient documentation, coordination, and follow-ups across hospitals and service providers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with patients and caregivers. Comfortable using digital tools, patient trackers, and hospital information systems. Key Expectations Deliver a seamless and high-quality patient experience, ensuring timely guidance and support throughout the treatment journey. Coordinate effectively with clinicians, hospitals, internal teams, and external service providers to streamline patient care. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records, adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards. Proactively resolve patient queries or concerns, escalating when necessary to ensure continuity of care. Support enrolment and management of Patient Support Programs (PSPs) to enhance patient engagement and adherence. Demonstrate ownership and accountability for patient journeys within assigned responsibilities. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including medical, operations, and external partners. Exhibit empathy, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions with patients, caregivers, and stakeholders.
