Job Purpose:Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and organized front-desk experience. Provide administrative support to the office and maintain smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, guest and employees in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person/department. Maintain visitor logs, issue visiting ID cards and appointment schedules. Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry and record maintenance. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and equipped with necessary supplies. Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to maintain office decorum and safety. Handle queries and delivery services efficiently. Assist in basic office administration as needed.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2–5 years of experience in a receptionist or front-office role.
