The role involves end‑to‑end consultancy across planning, operations, project documentation, evaluation, and policy formulation, particularly in the context of e‑Governance and public finance initiatives.> > Key Responsibilities: Provide consultancy on all phases of planning and operations related to finance and accounts. Support activities including: Accounting processes Financial advisory Analysis and reporting Chart of Accounts Audit-related tasks Provide support in drafting and preparing policy documents. Ensure alignment with financial norms, public policy standards, and project objectives.> > Required Qualifications & Experience: Must have: Experience working on three or more e‑Governance projects, and Two or more public finance–related projects within the past 5 years. Strong knowledge of public policy writing. Relevant academic background in finance, accounts, or related fields.> > Preferred Skills: Understanding of public sector procurement norms and financial processes.
