Understand customers need as per product and Industry and present a solution to cater their Budget and demographics. Taking follow-ups through various channels like whats app/emails/phone calls. Generate a sales pipeline to meet the sales targets. Manage and update the prospects in their respective place in our company’s CRM and follow-up as per the CRM to Convert those prospects to our clients with regular follow-ups. Provide after-sales service for client retention.QualificationsGraduate and Postgraduate Location: - Indore Experience: 2 - 3 years Language: Proficient in English & Hindi CTC - 1.8 to 2.1 Per Annum Additional Incentive based on PerformanceSkills requiredGood written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on experience with CRM's. Good listening and analytical skills One should be System Savvy. Self-starter with the ability to manage time and work. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills.
