REQUIREMENTStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse demographics in person, over the phone, and via email Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and professionally Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records Maintain a professional demeanour, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information Ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutionsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and assist guests / visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle inquiries, provide information, and direct individuals to appropriate personnel or resources. Handling check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and managing reservations Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and courteously. Relay messages accurately and efficiently to the relevant stakeholders. Manage the reception / front desk area and ensure that it is clean and organized at all times. Coordinate meetings or events by arranging facilities and equipment as needed. Address any issues or concerns raised by guests/visitors, or staff members professionally and promptly. Escalate complex problems to appropriate personnel when necessary.
