Job Description*A) HR Planning 1)Responsible for riving the HR Plan in alignment with overall Business HR strategy 2)Creation and control the annual HR budget for the plant and allocate the budget for the identified activities; deploy mechanisms to measure ROI for each budgeted activityB)Manpower Planning-'Manpower Plan & Budget - Facilitating & Monitoring the exercise of Annual Manpower Planning and Annual Manpower Budget on time and effectively.C)Talent Acquisition 1)Annual Recruitment Budget - Facilitating & monitoring the preparation of Annual Recruitment Budget based on the vacant positions which are to be filled, future manpower requirements arising out of employees’ separation, expansion, modifications, addition of new machineries & Annual Business Plan. 2)'Recruitment & Selection - Facilitating & Monitoring the effective, efficient & smooth functioning of all the processes of Recruitment & Selection resulting into effective hiring.D)Employee (Staff + Associates ) Life Cycle Management 1) Induction & Orientation - Facilitating & Monitoring the effective, efficient, timely & smooth completion of Induction & Orientation programme for the new hires. 2)'Training Need Identification Exercise & Annual Training Plan- Facilitating & Monitoring the timely & effective completion of exercise of Annual TNI and preparation of Annual Training Plan. 3)Pre, Ongoing & Post Training Activities - Facilitating & Monitoring the timely & effective completion of all the activities pertaining to Pre, Ongoing & Post Training Activities. 4)Engagement of the Trade Apprentices, Inplant Trainees, Trainee under Employment Promotion Program and any other trainees under the Govt. Scheme by which the Manufacturing cost will meet as per desired target 5)To facilitate development of Associate development programs and continuous improvement programs for employee involvement like Kaizen, small group activities and other innovative HR Practices in the unit.E)Payroll Management 1) Ensuring & monitoring smooth functioning of all the activities pertaining to Time office such as salary processing, attendance system, full & final settlement, wages disbursement etc.F)Contract Labour Management Ensuring & monitoring smooth functioning of all the activities pertaining to Contract Labour Management such as vendor finalization, deployment of contract labours, safety of contract labours.G)Employee Relations / Industrial Relations/ Statutory Compliance 1) Ensuring & monitoring smooth functioning of all the activities pertaining to Employee Relations / Industrial Relations/ Statutory Compliance such as grievance handling, shop floor connect etc. 2)To ensure consistent and fair Grievance handling and Misconduct management providing professional counseling and coaching to correct inappropriate behavior 3)To represent management in dealings and disputes, ensuring a consistent approach to Grievance handling and dealing with employee misconduct 4)Manage and monitor court / legal matters involving labour law and actively engage with Company advocates and legal counsel for briefing and conferencing. 5) Assist in the development of strategy for labour law litigation and facilitate settlement of casesH)General Administration 'Ensuring, monitoring and facilitating smooth functioning of all the activities pertaining to general administration, Services related grievances’ handling & complaints resolution, Employees’ Relations and Employees’ Engagement Initiatives, Emergency & Crisis Management Services etc.Ensure the plant is getting all Administration services i.E.
