Manage an independent portfolio of 20+ students (with support). Conduct student sessions and maintain ongoing communication with parents. Balance strategy, facilitation, and structure with creative freedom and accountability. Work closely with the Co-Founder, gaining exposure across education, partnerships, and content design. Grow into curriculum leadership or mentorship management roles as the company expands.Key Responsibilities 1. Student Facilitation & Profile Building Conduct one-on-one student sessions (ages 9–17) focused on exploration, reflection, and skill-building. Analyse student profiles, identify gaps, and design evidence-based growth plans. Research and curate opportunities across extracurriculars, research, summer programs, and global competitions. Track student progress and share regular updates with parents. Maintain session trackers, progress dashboards, and documentation for each student. 2. Application Support & Guidance Support older students (14–17) in preparing for college or other higher learning opportunities. Guide essay development, résumé refinement, timelines, and documentation review. Maintain high standards of accuracy, ethics, and presentation. Coordinate internal reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery. 3. Mentorship Operations Maintain a structured session calendar with clear objectives and review points. Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MoM) within 24–48 hours of sessions. Keep resource trackers, communication logs, and student dashboards updated. Ensure student and parent queries are addressed within 24 hours and follow-ups are logged. Record measurable outcomes — competition results, projects, certifications, and testimonials. 4. Research & Repository Maintenance Build and maintain a centralised resource database for profile-building materials, opportunities, and best practices. Curate and organise college lists across different tiers, regions, and student profiles. Continuously update repositories with new programs, competitions, summer opportunities, and extracurricular resources. Ensure all research materials are systematically catalogued and easily accessible for the team. 5. Growth, Partnerships & Outreach Assist in sales meetings, school events, workshops, and parent consultations. Nurture new leads through timely, professional follow-ups. Coordinate with third-party mentors, coaches, and organisations to create student opportunities. Contribute to marketing collaterals and campaigns while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. 6. Curriculum & Team Development Help design frameworks, worksheets, and structured session modules. Collaborate on new programs, reflective tools, and student learning resources. Support onboarding and training of new team members as the organisation grows.Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in student mentorship, admissions, education or profile-building roles. Proven ability to manage 20+ students with strong organisational systems. Deep understanding of both international and Indian academic and admissions ecosystems. Excellent research, writing, documentation, and communication skills. Proficient with Excel, Google Workspace, Zoho, and other cloud-based tools. Responsive, empathetic, and professional in all client-facing communication. Open to feedback and comfortable with research-heavy, evolving work. Flexible and available during peak season (August–January). Preferred Experience leading or training small teams. Background in psychology, education, or counselling. Strong storytelling and writing skills for essays or communication training. Experience conducting student workshops or webinars.
