Ideal Candidate Profile Opportunity Generation - Identify, prospect, and qualify new brand clients aligned with our offerings - Own the early sales cycle: lead generation, cold outreach, and securing first meetings - Hand over well-qualified opportunities to the Brand Solutions team with clear client context Market & Industry Expertise - Stay updated on influencer marketing and creator economy trends, competitors, and brand spend patterns - Deeply understand our services and solutions to position them effectively against client needs Network-Led Growth (PAN India) - Leverage a strong existing network of marketing leaders and decision-makers - Drive focused growth across North, West, and South markets (travel as needed) - Represent the company at industry events and networking forums Pipeline & Reporting - Maintain a strong pipeline and track prospects in the CRM - Share regular updates on opportunities, activities, and market insights What Comes in Handy - 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within digital, media, ad-tech, or influencer marketing - Strong existing network of senior brand-side marketing decision-makers - Solid understanding of influencer marketing solutions and brand challenges - A true hunter mindset — proactive, target-driven, and persistent - Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills Love building pipelines that actually convert?
