Job Description

Role : Technical Product Owner - AI Products As a key leader, you will work directly with multiple teams across development, program / product management, to build and launch the software product solutions and drive associated programs.Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:Work directly with the founders to define and articulate the product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure successful product delivery. Documentation:Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Vision and Scope document, functional requirements, that communicate product functional and nonfunctional requirements to the sprint development team. Refine the requirements into backlog, i.E., Epics, Features and User Stories for the sprint team. Coordinatesprint planning, backlog refinement, and releases with engineering, GenAI engineers, full stack engineers, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely, production‑grade deliveries. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement and ensure products meet user expectations and business objectives. Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for product enhancements and innovations that will drive growth and improve user satisfaction. Processing and massaging complex business needs and converting them into easy-to-understand functional and nonfunctional requirements that can be consumed easily by the engineering team. Manage the product roadmap and ensure that products are aligned with business goals Develop and manage product budgets Track product performance and make data-driven decisions Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of product progressRequirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field 8-16 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies Good Experience with Agile development methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Awareness on GenAI technology, LLMs, AI agents, Agent workflow automation. Previous experience with GenAI and Agentic AI or RPA is a big plus. Certifications in Product Owner, BA and Agile disciplines.Ideal candidate Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
