Role Overview We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support the smooth execution of multiple client projects in an agency environment. You’ll work closely with account managers, cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure timelines, tasks, and deliverables are managed efficiently using Jira and smart tools (including AI). Key Responsibilities : - Manage day-to-day project tracking for multiple client accounts - Own task creation, assignment, and tracking on Jira (mandatory) - Coordinate with account, creative, content, design, and delivery teams - Track timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across projects - Share regular status updates with internal stakeholders - Follow up on briefs, requirements, revisions, and final closures - Identify potential delays, scope changes, or resource gaps early - Maintain clear project documentation, trackers, and reports - Support smooth handovers between teams and stages of work Requirements : - 0.6 Months to 3 yearsof experience in a project coordination role within an agency or fast-paced environment - Strong working knowledge of Jira - Experience handling multiple clients and tight timelines - Clear communication skills and strong follow-up habits - Good organizational and prioritization skills - Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting - Working knowledge of AI tools for productivity, planning, documentation, or reporting Good to Have : - Exposure to structured delivery workflows across different teams - Understanding of sprint-based or phased execution models - Familiarity with agency processes, briefs, approvals, and timelines - Experience using AI tools to optimise workflows or reduce manual effort - This keeps it neutral, clean, and flexible, without explicitly calling out tech stacks or development—so it works well for your projects without narrowing the candidate pool.
