Centre Head - VLCC Institute (Skills Division) Location: Indore Business: VLCC Skills / VLCC Institute Employment Type: Full-time/100% WFO Females Prefered Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Centre Head to lead our VLCC Institute center. The role demands a strong blend of sales leadership, academic governance, team management, and operational excellence. The Centre Head will be responsible for driving admissions, ensuring quality training delivery, managing faculty, and achieving centre profitability. This is a business leadership role within the skill education ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1) Business & Admissions - Drive monthly admission targets & revenue growth - Ensure strong inquiry-to-enrollment conversion - Plan and execute local marketing & BTL activities - Maintain healthy pipeline and daily lead follow-ups 2) Academic & Training Excellence - Ensure 100% curriculum delivery as per standards - Monitor faculty performance & training quality - Track student attendance, assessments & certifications - Drive placement assistance & industry connect 3) Team Leadership - Lead and mentor faculty & counsellors - Conduct daily huddles and performance reviews - Build high ownership and accountability culture 4) Centre Operations - Ensure compliance with SOPs & audit readiness - Manage inventory, assets & infrastructure upkeep - Maintain strong parent/student relationship management Desired Profile - Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) - 5-8 years experience in Education / Skill Development / Retail Sales Leadership - Strong sales orientation with team handling experience - Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills - High ownership mindset with execution focus Why Join VLCC Skills?
