Qualifications - Strong skills in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction - Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers - Experience in Store Management, with a focus on operational efficiency - Ability to implement Retail Loss Prevention practices - Leadership and organizational abilities to manage team performance - Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is an advantage - Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial
