We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Work From Office – Nungambakkam)Vleafy Technologies Private Limited is expanding, and we’re looking for acreative, driven Social Media Manager (2+ years experience)who can take ownership of brand storytelling and deliver consistent, high-quality execution.We work withhotel chains, retail brands, restaurants and service companies in India and abroad— so if you enjoy fast-paced growth, variety, and building brands that people actually remember, this role is for you.Role: Social Media ManagerLocation:Nungambakkam (Work From Office) Experience:2+ years Salary:₹30,000 – ₹55,000/month (based on skills & experience)What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)✅Creative Strategy & ExecutionCreate engaging social content acrossInstagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more Set brand tone, build content directions, develop storyboards, and execute with clarity Plan and manage monthlypost calendarsandmarketing calendars Have good aesthetic sense for content design✅Content + Community GrowthHandle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community management Keep client pages active, engaging, and aligned with brand voice Strengthen brand recall through strong messaging and trend-backed content✅Performance, Optimization & ReportingTrack performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, clicks, growth) Optimize content based on insights and platform behavior Create clean, professional reports for internal review and client presentations✅Collaboration & Client CoordinationWork closely with designers, editors, and marketing teams for deliverables Coordinate with clients for inputs, timelines, approvals, and content flow Ensure every post goes liveon timewith quality checks✅Marketing Team AlignmentUnderstandads basics(creative direction + storyboard), and ensure smooth communication with the digital marketing teamWhat We’re Looking For (Requirements)2+ yearsof hands-on social media management experience Strong understanding ofcontent formats, reels, trends, hooks, and analytics Great communication + crisp copywriting skills Comfortable using tools likeMeta Business Suite, Hootsuite (or similar), LinkedIn tools Good design sense and working knowledge ofCanva / Adobe tools(Preferred) Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts confidentlyBonus (Strong Advantage)Experience using AI tools likeChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, Image Gen , and other AI workflows for ideation, scripting, content repurposing, or creative iterations.
