Job Title Production Leader / FRP Plant Manager Location:Sanand, Gujarat Work Mode:Work from Office Industry:FRP / Plastics / Composites ManufacturingJob Summary We are seeking ahands-on Production Leader / FRP Plant Managerto lead and coordinate multipleLamination, Filament Winding, and supporting production crewsfor the manufacturing oflarge-diameter FRP ducts, piping, and related composite components . The role is responsible forend-to-end production operations , ensuringhigh-quality output, safety compliance, efficiency, and on-time delivery . The position also includestraining teams, setting up work processes, and driving continuous improvementacross the plant.Key Responsibilities 1. Production Floor Management Plan, direct, and supervise production activities across all FRP manufacturing stages Coordinate lamination, winding, finishing, and support crews on the shop floor Ensure timely delivery of high-quality FRP products as per project schedules Manage ordering and availability of raw materials and consumables Lead, train, and supervise40–50 production employees Ensure maintenance, uptime, and availability of production equipment 2. Quality Control Inspect finished FRP products for compliance with quality standards Maintain high-quality output through daily shop-floor engagement Monitor accuracy and consistency of each production step Reduce non-conformities, rework, and quality defects Implement and maintain quality control processes aligned with business goals 3. Safety & Compliance Enforce all safety policies and standard operating procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free manufacturing environment Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Oversee safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals Ensure emergency preparedness and safety awareness across teams 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain production reports, logs, and operational documentation Ensure accurate and timely completion of all plant records Qualifications & SkillsMandatory 8+ yearsof experience inFRP manufacturing or equivalent composite/plastics industries 5+ yearsof leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment B.Sc. / B.E. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Strong understanding ofFRP materials, processes, and manufacturing practices Knowledge ofhandling, mixing, curing, and processing composite materials Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Experience managing30–40+ shop-floor employees Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities Strong focus onsafety, compliance, and discipline No allergies to fiberglass or composite chemicals Willingness to work overtime when required Strong English communication skills – mandatoryPreferred Prior experience managinghazardous or high-risk industrial plants Experience in theplastics / composites industryrelevant to FRP production Flexible, proactive, and hands-on leadership style Willingness to travel internationally forinitial hands-on plant training Experience managing teams including piping, grinding/finishing, welding, forklift operators, and general workersAbout the Company The organization specializes inindustrial air management solutions , including ventilation, cooling, heating, dust collection, and clean-air systems.
