This role is designed for professionals who understand enterprise technology solutions and can translate complex technical concepts into compelling, business-aligned multimedia content. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Leadership teams to strengthen C Ahead’s brand positioning across digital platforms and build thought leadership in the B2B technology space.Key Responsibilities Technology Content Strategy & Development • Develop structured, insight-driven content around IT Services, Cloud, Data, AI, Enterprise Applications, and Digital Transformation • Create thought leadership content including explainer videos, leadership messages, case study narratives, and industry insights • Translate complex technical solutions into clear, engaging, and business-focused storytelling Multimedia & Social Media Execution • Conceptualize and produce short-form and long-form multimedia content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels • Manage content calendars aligned with marketing and revenue objectives • Optimize content for engagement, reach, and brand visibility within enterprise audiences Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and HR teams to develop campaign-based content • Support employer branding and solution-driven marketing initiatives • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication tone Performance & Analytics • Monitor content performance metrics and audience engagement • Refine content strategy based on insights, trends, and market positioning • Drive continuous improvement in digital brand presenceSkills & Competencies Professional Expertise • 5–8 years of experience in content creation within the IT Services / Technology industry • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and B2B communication • Experience creating multimedia content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other professional platforms • Working knowledge of video, graphics, and digital content production tools • Understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and performance optimization Behavioural & Strategic Attributes • Strong storytelling and structured communication skills • Ability to simplify complex IT concepts for business audiences • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environmentEligibility • 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT / Technology content creation • Experience working with enterprise or global technology clients preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field • Portfolio showcasing technology-focused content is mandatoryCompensation Compensation for this role will be market-aligned and based on experience and portfolio strength.About C Ahead Technologies C Ahead Info Technologies is a global Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services company with over two decades of industry presence.
