It is the visual signature of the brand.We are looking for someone who will define and elevate that signature.The RoleYou will lead:Creation of new, original decor conceptsCuration and elevation of our decor catalogYou will ensure that when someone sees a Meragi wedding, they can feel the difference.What You’ll Own 1️⃣ New Design CreationConceptualize 10–20 new stage designs every quarterDevelop grand, modern, culturally rooted conceptsMove beyond Pinterest repetition into original thinkingDesign modular systems that can scale across venues2️⃣ Catalog Curation & UpgradeAudit existing designs and eliminate weak/dated conceptsElevate photography, presentation, naming, and categorizationBuild a structured, premium, high-conversion decor catalogDefine tiers (Classic / Signature / Limited Edition etc.)3️⃣ Innovation EngineExperiment with:Fabric structuresAcrylic & metal frameworksLighting integrationModular floralsTech-integrated stage elementsBalance wow-factor with cost efficiency4️⃣ Design GovernanceApprove final concepts before launchMaintain taste standards across citiesEnsure execution matches design intentWho You AreProfessionally trained in any design fieldExceptional taste: you instinctively know what looks premium vs tacky
