Job Description:Customer Service Specialist – G Ads SupportOverview:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our G Ads support team. In this role, you will assist advertisers and business owners with their campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience with G Ads products.Responsibilities:Provide 24/7 customer support via phone, email, and chat.Resolve account, billing, and campaign performance queries.Guide customers on G Ads features, policies, and optimization strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.Strive to improve customer satisfaction and product adoption.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.1–3 years of customer service or technical support experience.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Familiarity with digital advertising concepts (PPC, keywords, CTR, ROI).Ability to work rotational shifts and manage time effectively.Preferred Skills:Experience with G Ads or other digital marketing platforms.Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.Work Setup & Benefits:Location:DLF – Gachibowli, HyderabadShift:24/7 rotational shiftsTransport:Two-way cab facility providedCompensation:Competitive salary up to ₹6.5 LPACollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunities for professional growth in digital marketing
