Assigns and ensures the creation of documentation. Creates, analyses, checks the testing description. Controls the releases (from the point of view functional safety) of components and functions from cluster energy management and charging.AuthorityAuthorize functional safety release of charging system components and functions. Approve supplier functional safety deliverables and compliance documentation. Validate and sign off FuSi work products (HARA, FSC, TSC, safety validation reports). Safety Requirements Engineering Derive, document, and maintain system, hardware, and software safety requirements; ensure traceability to hazards and functions. Hazard Analysis & Risk Assessment (HARA) Perform and update HARA for charging-related systems (e.g., OBC, EVCC, DCDC, EMCU); identify ASIL levels and safety goals. Supplier Coordination & Technical Oversight Interface with suppliers to ensure proper functional safety implementation, work product delivery, and compliance. Safety Verification & Validation Planning Define and review test concepts, test cases, and validation plan to verify safety mechanisms and safety requirements. Test Description Creation & Analysis Create, analyze, and check detailed test descriptions and test results for compliance with FuSi requirements. Safety Case & Evidence Review Evaluate supplier safety cases, evidence, and work products for completeness and accuracy before release. Component & Function Release Control Approve component and function releases from a functional safety perspective during project gate reviews. Failure & Fault Analysis Support FMEA, FMEDA, DFA, and fault-injection analysis to ensure safety integrity and diagnostic coverage. Change & Configuration Management Ensure all FuSi documents, requirements, and tests are properly version-controlled and aligned with release baselines. Cross-Domain Collaboration Work with system, software, hardware, and testing teams to ensure end-to-end safety alignment across domains. Safety Audits & Assessments Support Prepare documentation and support internal/external FuSi audits, assessments, and reviews.
