Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Multimedia Technical Analyst to join a large global financial institution in Bengaluru and Hyderabad on a multi‑year contract. The chosen candidate will join the Multimedia Operation Control Centre team, which supports audio and video conference meetings for the firm globally and operates 24/7, 365 days a year. The team works in a high‑paced environment, supporting hundreds of events every day. These events vary in complexity, from simple point‑to‑point calls to large Town Halls connected to every office worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and health checks, processing multimedia requests such as audio and video conferences/events, resolving audio conference, video conference, and Zoom booking issues, and setting up, monitoring, and managing audio and video conferences both remotely and onsite. The team also functions as a support desk, handling queries and resolving Zoom‑related issues raised by users across the globe. This role provides the opportunity to interact with senior‑level internal and external stakeholders; therefore, strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Given the firm’s fast‑paced environment, the candidate must work efficiently, multitask effectively, and consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism.Please note, this is a long-term contract position and would require you to be on-site 5 days a week out of the office in Bangalore or Hyderabad.Must haves: Experience in a multimedia technical support role or similar role, operating and troubleshooting on a variety of multimedia /audiovisual hardware and software Experience with Audio and video equipment and technology such as Polycom, Cisco or Logitech (preference is cisco) Hands on experience with Zoom, Teams or Webex, specifically troubleshooting, cloud conferencing and using the tool for remote support (preference is Zoom or Teams) Experience documenting instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, upgrade and removal Experience utilising a ticketing system, ideally ServiceNow Ability to adapt to new programs and applications. Possess a university degree in a relevant field Soft skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skillset Strong analytical skills and quality conscious. Ability to work under pressure Strong stakeholder management skills, portraying the highest level of professionalism. Ability to have sound judgment in prioritizing tasks accordingly. Must be multi-task oriented. Works well within a team and with clients at all levelsPlusses: Experience with ServiceNow Possess relevant certifications ie. Cisco etc. Strong experience with Microsoft Teams
