Role Overview We’re looking for aPerformance Marketing Managerto own and scale our paid marketing efforts acrossMeta, Google, and India’s leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) . This role sits at the intersection of growth, data, and execution – owning end-to-end performance outcomes across the funnel, from acquisition to conversion and repeat. You’ll be responsible for driving efficient growth on ourown D2C channel , while also leadingmarketplace campaign strategy and execution , especially during high-impact sale moments.Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing (D2C) Own and scale paid performance marketing acrossMeta (Facebook & Instagram)andGoogle (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) . Drive full-funnel growth across acquisition, conversion, and repeat for Mokobara’s D2C business. Lead creative experimentation and testing across formats, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance. Own budget planning, allocation, pacing, and efficiency across channels. Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) Lead campaign planning and execution across key marketplaces, aligned with business priorities and sale calendars. Plan, execute, and optimizefestive sales, mega events, and BAU burstsacross marketplaces. Work closely with marketplace POCs to track mid-event performance, identify trends, monitor competitive activity, and drive real-time optimizations. Partner with marketplace ops and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and hygiene across listings, inventory readiness, and campaign setups. Analytics Excellence Track and monitor core performance metrics on adailybasis. Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and root-cause diagnostics to identify growth opportunities and fix leakage.What Makes You a Great Fit 4-6 years of experiencein performance marketing, ideally in a fast-pacedD2C brand or agency environment . Proven experience owningend-to-end performance budgetswith clear accountability for outcomes. Strong hands-on expertise acrossMeta, Google Ads , andmarketplace advertising platforms . Highly data-driven - comfortable diving deep into numbers, dashboards, and insights. A natural stakeholder manager - able to work seamlessly with internal teams, external partners, and marketplace POCs. Bias for action, ownership, and continuous improvement.
