About the Role:- Kapiva is seeking an Senior Product Associate with 1-3 years of core experience to join our Tech Product team. - This team is primarily responsible for shaping the end-to-end customer experience on our app and website, along with designing and managing all things technology and data at Kapiva. - It represents a high-growth, critical part of Kapiva's overall growth strategy. - The mandate is to build a cutting edge health-tech product that ensures that we deliver superior health outcomes to our customers and increase their lifetime value.Job Responsibilities:Key responsibilities include:- Work towards building a health outcome delivery experience on app - including building a holistic experience across doctors consultations, diet plans, personalized content journey, gamification and engagement for habit building etc. - Research and extract deep consumer insights through user interviews, data analytics, and behavioral tracking. - Transform consumer insights and problem statements into MVP products, iterating based on real-time data and user feedback. - Develop the content strategy to drive consumer education, engagement, and retention. - Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle from conception through design, development, release and iteration - Optimize consumer-facing digital experiences for the Kapiva App & Website (including e-commerce flows, navigation, search, and personalization). - Liaise with designers, developers and business counterparts on a day-to-day basis to provide specifications, test and roll out new features on the website & app. - Define product metrics, analyze performance, and drive data-driven optimizations.Qualifications sought:- 1-3 years of past experience in a consumer facing Product Management role preferably in the health and wellness space. - Strong consumer research skills with an ability to translate insights into product decisions. - Strong analytical skills - ability to extract insights from data and make informed product decisions. - Ability to design basic wireframes and be able to use design tools like Figma. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with an MBA preferred. - Familiarity with basic tech concepts (APIs, front-end frameworks, and databases); willingness to learn advanced ones. - Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment across cross-functional teams.
