Successful candidateswill be deputed to Central Africaand will be expected to contribute to student-centric curriculum development, research initiatives, and industry collaboration.Key Responsibilities Curriculum Design : Develop and implement innovative, student-focused curricula that cater to the evolving needs of the respective engineering fields Research & Funded Projects : Lead and participate in research projects, with a focus on securing external funding and contributing to both academic and applied research Industry and Academic Networking : Establish strong partnerships with industries, global universities, and professional bodies to enhance academic programs and foster collaborative research Student Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to students, facilitating their academic growth and professional developmentRequired Qualifications and Experience:Domain Expertise Computer Science & Engineerin g: Expertise in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and related field Management (MBA):Expertise in areas such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and related fields. Mechanical Engineerin g: Expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering, Robotics, and Sustainable EngineeringInternational Experience: Preference for candidates with prior experience working in African institutions, demonstrating cultural adaptability and a deep understanding of the educational and industrial landscape in AfricaKey Considerations: Candidates must possess strong international exposure, particularly within African educational institutions.
