Our alumni work with top organisations such as Accenture, American Express, McKinsey, and many more.Role Overview As a Counsellor - Inside Sales (Learning Advisor), you will support the sales team in driving customer acquisition for job-oriented upskilling programs in Analytics and Data Science. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle and customer engagement process.What You’ll Do Lead Engagement & Counseling:Connect with prospective learners through calls, emails, and other communication channels and counsel them on suitable learning programs. New Customer Acquisition:Assist in converting leads generated from marketing campaigns into enrollments by understanding customer needs and aligning them with the right courses. Customer Relationship Management:Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects, address queries, and ensure a smooth pre- and post-sales experience. Sales Operations & Reporting:Update lead details, track progress, and support reporting activities using CRM tools. Team Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve weekly and monthly targets.Who Can Apply 0-2 Years of experience, preferably in ed-tech/ inside sales. Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with people. Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role. Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is a plus, but not required.
