The CSO will oversee the development, implementation, and management of security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the organization's assets, personnel, and operations. Key responsibilities include designing and executing risk management strategies, conducting vulnerability assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant security regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage incidents and resolve security concerns promptly. The CSO will also train staff on security policies and collaborate with various teams to implement strategic security measures effectively.Qualifications Experience in developing and implementing security strategies, risk management, and incident response protocols Strong leadership and team management skills for coordinating security personnel and cross-departmental projects Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, physical security measures, and compliance with regulatory standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks and devise mitigation strategies Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal teams and external organizations Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are advantageous Educational background in cybersecurity, information systems, criminology, or a related field, with relevant work experience
