Job Title:Record to Report (R2R) SpecialistLocation: Bangalore**About the Opportunity:** Join our dynamic team as an R2R Specialist in Bangalore. You'll be a crucial part of our accounting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks. Your role is vital in maintaining the integrity of our financial data.**Responsibilities:** 1. Process journal entries for various transactions. 2. Perform monthly reconciliations using Blackline, ensuring accuracy. 3. Manage intercompany accounting transactions with proper accounting treatment. 4. Assist in month-end closing tasks and reporting. 5. Handle fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, and depreciation. 6. Contribute to inventory accounting processes (limited requirement). 7. Assist with standard costing procedures (limited requirement). 8. Maintain clear and concise documentation of all tasks. 9. Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments.**Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred). - 2+ years of accounting experience. - Hands-on working knowledge of SAP. - Experience with Blackline or similar reconciliation software is a plus. - Understanding of accounting principles and GAAP. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
