We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can turn ideas from the copy, design, and client servicing teams into engaging motion content for digital platforms, ads, and campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Create motion graphics and short videos for social media, ads, and campaigns Animate static designs into engaging videos Work closely with the Copy team to understand the idea and messaging Collaborate with the Design team to maintain visual consistency and quality Coordinate with the Client Servicing team to understand briefs, feedback, and timelines Edit videos, add transitions, text, basic effects, and sound where needed Deliver multiple assets on time and handle revisions efficientlyRequirements:1–2 years of experience in motion graphics or video editing (agency experience is a plus) Good working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro (or similar tools) Basic understanding of animation, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling Good sense of design, typography, and composition Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment Team player with clear communication skillsGood to Have:Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator Experience creating social media and performance ad videos A portfolio or showreel of motion work
