Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our people operations, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from attracting top talent to ensuring everyone is paid accurately and on time. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience looking to deepen their expertise across Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Payroll. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition (TA) • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and agencies. • Conduct initial screening calls to assess culture fit and technical alignment. • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 2. Onboarding & Employee Experience • Own the onboarding process to ensure a seamless "Day 1" experience for new hires. • Conduct HR orientation sessions to introduce company culture and policies. • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding office policies and benefits. 3. HR Operations & Compliance • Managing the performance management framework for employees • Manage the "Exit Process," including conducting exit interviews and coordinating full and final (F&F) settlements. • Keeping track of employee performance and drafting official letters (Offer Letters, Confirmation, Promotion, etc.). 4. Payroll & Incentives Management • Track monthly attendance, leave records, and loss-of-pay (LOP) data. • Collaborate with Finance to process monthly payroll accurately. • Calculate incentives and commissions based on performance reports from department heads. • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and statutory contributions (PF/ESI/Tax). Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in an HR role (TA or Ops focus). • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration. • Excel Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) as you will be handling payroll and incentive data. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Soft Skills: High level of empathy, discretion with confidential data, and a "problem-solver" mindset.
