Job Description

Key Responsibilities• Visit assigned dealerships regularly and conduct structured training sessions for AMs, SMs, TLs, FMs, F&I; Executives and Sales Executives.• Demonstrate end-to-end usage of the CarCred portal including documentation workflow and escalation process.• Identify gaps in usage and take corrective action through refresher sessions.• Act as a friendly and approachable CarCred representative on ground.• Build strong comfort and trust with dealership teams.• Collect real-time feedback and share structured insights with internal teams.• Help create simple SOP guides, cheat sheets and training material.• Maintain structured reporting on dealership-wise engagement and training coverage.Key KPIs• Track dealer login frequency and active usage.• Reduction in process errors – identifying and adapting training needs• Dealer satisfaction feedback score.• Tailormade Reports and Escalation system execution• 100% CarCred user should get trained in 30 to 90 days (level 1 to 3)Required Skills & Profile• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).• Confident and well-presented personality.• High energy and field-ready mindset.• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.• Quick learner of technology platforms.• Basic understanding of finance processes preferred.• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.Personality Traits We Value• Approachable and warm personality.• Professional yet friendly demeanor.• Persuasive without being aggressive.• Process-oriented and disciplined.• High ownership and accountability.
