The Program Facilitator will be responsible for leading virtual learning sessions, coordinating workshops, ensuring active engagement from participants, and providing guidance to learners. Additional responsibilities include moderating discussions, lesson planning, and gathering feedback for continuous program improvement.QualificationsStrong facilitation, communication, and presentation skillsExperience in coaching, mentoring, or guiding professionals in areas such as entrepreneurship or business developmentAbility to create and adapt educational content to meet varying learner needsExceptional organizational and time management skillsProficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar)Passion for education, innovation, and supporting professional growthPrevious experience in entrepreneurship or business ownership is a strong plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, business, or a relevant field
