After which, the role will transition to remote work.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with 6-10 years of expertise in accrual accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable, and familiarity with NetSuite. Knowledge of US accounting practices is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning.Key Responsibilities:Perform and manage accrual accounting and ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.Reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate vendor records.Utilize NetSuite for financial reporting, data management, and process optimization.Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.Assist in budget preparation, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.6-10 years of experience in accounting, with expertise in accrual accounting, reconciliations, and accounts payable.Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.A strong understanding of US accounting practices and regulations is highly preferred.Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Preferred:Experience in a fast-paced, service-based, or technology-driven environment.Prior experience working with US clients or in US-based financial operations.
