Job Description

We are building something new within Analogy, India's no. 01 Industrial Design Studio - focused on creating and launching our own consumer products. We're looking for an Electronics Engineer (Mid-level) with real IoT product experience who can own the full electronics stack independently. You MUST have hands-on experience designing and shipping mobile accessories or IoT consumer products. Experience with Microcontrollers, BLE, BMS, Xi charging or similar features in a shipped product is non-negotiable (having failed counts as well). If you haven't taken an electronics product through to manufacturing and certification in this category at all, this role is not for you.It is very necessary for you to comply with these values:Ownership: everything you touch, if it's your responsibility, you get it done without being chased.Bias toward action: when faced with a problem, you move first and refine later rather than waiting for perfect conditions.Comfort with ambiguity: you can operate confidently even when the roadmap isn't fully defined and priorities shift. Figure it out.Speed of decision making: you make logical, informed decisions quickly rather than deliberating endlessly or escalating unnecessarily.Startup mindset: you understand that building a business doesn't fit into a nine to five and you're genuinely okay with that stretch here and there.Hunger to build: you're not here to complete briefs, you're here because you want to see a REAL product in the hands of REAL people. No hand-holding: you figure things out independently, ask the right questions and don't wait to be told what to do next.Resourcefulness: when a vendor or supplier fails, a component gets discontinued, or a deadline moves, you find options or another ways without being asked.Communication without filters: you flag problems early, speak directly and don't hide bad news to avoid difficult conversations. Hard conversations before expensive mistakes.Pride in craft: whether it's a CAD file, a gerber file or a visual asset, you care deeply about the quality of what you put out into the world.Customer obsession: you're genuinely curious about who the end consumer is, why they buy and how the product fits into their life, not just how it's built.Resilience: when a product underperforms or a launch doesn't go as planned, you extract the learning fast, adapt and keep moving.Core Responsibilities:Develop and own PCB schematics + DesignGerber layout and firmware developmentManage component sourcing & vendor relationshipsHandle Connectivity IntegrationEnsure products meet Certification requirements (equivalent to BIS, CE, FCC etc.)Communicate technical constraints clearly to Design + Engineering TeamBuild & eventually test Low-fidelity to High-fidelity Prototypes independently.
