The candidate will work directly with the Professor of Practice/Lead Instructor to ensure a smooth learning experience for students by providing academic guidance, hands-on support, and instructional content development. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about teaching and mentoring future tech talent.Key Responsibilities:Assist the lead instructor in planning and conducting Python training sessions,workshops, and lab activitiesProvide one-on-one and group support to students to clarify concepts, debug code, andguide project developmentCreate high-quality educational content including lecture notes, assignments, quizzes, and coding exercisesSupport in evaluating student performance through assessments, coding tasks, and project reviewsManage doubt-clearing sessions, student discussions, and practice sessions to enhance learning outcomesContribute to the ongoing improvement of course structure, curriculum, and teaching methodologiesAssist in managing classroom logistics and maintaining academic documentationStay updated with the latest Python trends, tools, and best practices in the tech education spaceRequired Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (B.Tech/MTech or MCA preferred)Minimum 2 years of proven experience in teaching, technical training, or academic content creationStrong command over Python programming including core concepts, OOP, file handling, error handling, and modulesFamiliarity with commonly used Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib.Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skillsAbility to simplify complex technical concepts for learners at different levelsProficiency in preparing structured and engaging academic contentPreferred Skills (Good to Have):Experience in Python Programming, Data Science, ML fundamentals, or AI toolsExposure to Git/GitHub, Jupyter Notebook, VS Code or similar toolsExperience working with LMS or digital learning platformsAbility to support project-based learning and real-world courseworkSeniority LevelAssociateIndustryHigher EducationEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionsAdministrativeSkillsPython (Programming Language)
